Proposals must ensure data privacy protection in communications between robotic units and cloud platforms. Specific requirements for the autonomous vacuum include navigational options like Visual SLAM and LiDAR technology, a minimum cleaning width of 14 inches, battery life of 2-3 hours, automatic charging capabilities, diagnostic tracking for cleaning metrics, and noise levels between 60-70 decibels.

The initial term of the agreement will be four (4) years with an option to renew for up to two additional four (4) year periods based on satisfactory performance.
