Armored Car Services

Work Requested:
The City of Deerfield Beach is seeking sealed responses from qualified vendors to provide Armored Car Services. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering these services in accordance with all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Quick Quote solicitation.

Who is Requesting:
This solicitation is issued by the City of Deerfield Beach.

Background:
The purpose of this Quick Quote is to obtain competitive bids for Armored Car Services. The City of Deerfield Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.

Contract Requirements:

• Vendors must provide Armored Car Services as specified in the solicitation documents.
• Any permit fees related to the service must be included in the line items.
• Costs should be staggered within the proposal.
• It is highly recommended that bidders visit the site for physical inspection prior to quoting a price.

Instructions on Submission:

• No Pre-Bid Conference will be held.
• Bidders are responsible for ensuring all pages are included in their submission.
• All bidders should closely examine the entire solicitation package.
• Questions or requests for clarification must be submitted through the eProcurement Marketplace by the deadline specified in the solicitation document (including any addenda).
• The City will provide responses to all questions via eProcurement Marketplace.

Other Information:
The City of Deerfield Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause. The City may also waive any irregularities and/or technicalities and award the contract based on the coverage and terms that best serve the interests of the City.
