Background

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with local vendor requirements by maintaining a permanent place of business within Leon, Wakulla, Gadsden or Jefferson County for at least six months prior to the bid due date. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to secure participation from Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE), although there is no specific project goal for their participation.
