Amelia Waterfront Park Pavilion and Restrooms Construction

Background
The City of Fernandina Beach, Florida is issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB 25-04) for the construction of a multi-use pavilion and restroom facilities at the Amelia Waterfront Park, located near 249 South Front Street.
This project aims to enhance the park's amenities and support community events.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the construction and placement of a multi-use event pavilion and restroom facilities. The scope includes:
1. Construction of the Fernandina Beach Pavilion Arch
2. Electrical work for the pavilion
3. Plumbing work for the pavilion
4. Structural design for the pavilion
5. Construction of restrooms on Front Street
6. Coordination with ongoing civil work, including demolition, grading, utilities installation, playground area creation, parking lot construction, concrete and soft surface paths establishment, irrigation installation, lighting and electric setup, and landscaping.
7. The contractor must provide necessary barricades and signage to protect public safety during construction.
8. All labor provided must come with a one-year warranty.

Period of Performance
The contractor must commence work within ten days after receiving the Notice to Proceed and complete all work within 120 calendar days from that notice.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Amelia Waterfront Park located near 249 South Front Street, Fernandina Beach, FL.
