Airport Master Plan Update Consultant

Background
The City of Fernandina Beach, Florida is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide planning services for the development of an Airport Master Plan Update and Airport Layout Plan for the Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport.
This project is anticipated to be funded in part by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and all work must comply with FAA requirements and regulations.

Work Details
The selected Consultant will be responsible for completing an Airport Master Plan Update, which includes the following elements:
- Airport Geographic Information Systems (AGIS) Survey
- Public Involvement Program
- Existing Conditions
- Environmental Considerations
- Aviation Forecasts
- Facility Requirements
- Alternatives Development and Evaluation
- RPZ Analysis (if required)
- Airport Layout Plan (ALP) Drawing Set, including Exhibit A Update
- Facilities Implementation and Capital Plan
- Stormwater Master Plan.
The AGIS survey must comply with FAA ACs 150/5300 series, and the ALP drawing set must adhere to FAA Standard Operating Procedures.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue until the completion of the project. The submission deadline for qualifications is set for April 17, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport located in Fernandina Beach, Florida.
