- Bidders must also provide hourly rates for flight instruction services which may include basic flight instruction, bi-annual flight reviews, and instrument flight instruction. Instructors must hold appropriate FAA certifications (CFI, CFII, MEI).
- Contractors are required to have an online scheduling system or a live person available for reservations between 0700L and 1900L.
Period of Performance
The initial contract period will commence upon award and will last for one year. The City reserves the right to renew the contract for four additional one-year periods based on vendor performance and mutual agreement.
