the services or commodities described herein are only available from a
single source. Any prospective vendors must provide information in writing
regarding their ability to supply the commodities or contractual services
described in the attached specifications.
Vendor's information regarding their ability to provide the product or
service should be emailed to the contact person listed on this
advertisement and must be received no later than Friday, March 21, 2025 at 10:00 AM ET (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays).
The Contractor/Vendor ultimately selected for this contract must warrant
that it has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract
requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good-faith
performance as a responsible vendor, and that the Contractor/Vendor shall
comport with Chapter 287, F.S., and all other applicable rules and laws.

Background
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is seeking to procure an Aircraft Maintenance Management System Software to support its aviation operations. The goal of this contract is to ensure the agency's aircraft are maintained in compliance with all necessary regulations and standards, thereby enhancing flight safety and operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor will provide an Aircraft Maintenance Management System Software that includes direct support from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) for all agency aircraft. The software must facilitate Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) for various engine types in the agency's fleet, including those from Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce, Safran, and Lycoming.

Key functionalities required include:
- Tracking OEM required inspections
- Scheduled maintenance
- Unscheduled maintenance
- Airworthy directives
- FAA rules and regulations
- Mandatory service bulletins for each agency-owned aircraft and its engines.

The software must also provide real-time notifications regarding these maintenance activities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 3 years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's facilities located at 1875 Orange Ave E, Tallahassee, FL 32311.
