Description

Background
The University of North Florida (UNF) is seeking proposals from strategic marketing, communication, media buying, branding, advertising, and creative agencies to provide services to the University.

The intent of this solicitation is to create a pool of pre-qualified agencies that UNF colleges, departments, centers, and units may contract for marketing and advertising services on an as-needed basis. UNF has an estimated annual media spend of $1.5 million per year, net of any commissions or management fees.

Work Details
The selected agencies will provide a range of services including:
- Strategic marketing consultation, planning and/or production;
- Media buying, placement and monitoring;
- Creative work such as the development of print or digital advertising or assets;
- Website development;
- Writing;
- Event support;
- Social media management or campaign development;
- Specialized photography;
- Videography and video production that align with the University's goals. Agencies must demonstrate experience in providing similar services over a minimum of three years.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the agreement will be for three (3) years with an option to renew for three (3) additional one-year periods based on satisfactory performance.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the University of North Florida located in Jacksonville, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must have at least three (3) years of relevant experience. If the firm is a Florida corporation or limited liability company, it must be active with the Florida Division of Corporations. Non-Florida firms must be qualified to do business in Florida. Respondents must not be disqualified from doing business with UNF and must not have been convicted of a public entity crime within 36 months prior to submission.
