Access Control System for St. Johns Tax Collector's Office

Background
The City of Jacksonville, through its Duval County Tax Collector's Office, is seeking bids for the installation of an access control system at the St. Johns Square Tax Collector's office.
This project involves new construction and aims to enhance security by controlling access to various doors within the facility.

Work Details
The contractor will provide labor, materials, and equipment to install access and lock control on ten (10) doors at the St Johns Square Tax Collectors office location.
The specific tasks include:
1. Provide and install a TROVE2M2 enclosure with an Altronix 12 VDC power supply, PD8 fused distribution board, 24 VDC power supply, ACM8 relay module, and 7AH batteries.
2. Provide and install (1) LNL-2220 intelligent controller and (4) LNL-1320-S3 dual reader expansion boards.
3. Connect the controller to the local COJ network switch and program in the provided IP address.
4. Provide and install access control hardware on (10) doors including the Front and Rear Employee Entry, and (8) interior doors.
5. Provide and install a mullion-mounted card reader, mullion-mounted emergency exit button, maglock, request to exit motion sensor, and a door status switch for the Front and Rear Employee Entry.
6. Provide and install a card reader, door status switch, request to exit motion sensor, and an electrified strike on each of the (8) Interior Doors.
7. Provide and install low voltage access control cabling from each door to the Computer Room (head end install).
8. Provide and install surface mounted conduit as needed for the perimeter doors.
9. Coordinate programming and testing with a City of Jacksonville representative to include testing doors for proper card reads and held open/forced open alarms.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution of the Purchase Order or contract and will continue until completion and acceptance of the stated Scope of Work.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the St Johns Square Tax Collectors office location in Jacksonville, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to do business in Duval County and comply with all minimum requirements for this bid including providing proof of applicable local business licenses, specific licensure related to similar projects, experience in similar projects, years of expertise in the area, being an authorized LENEL value-added reseller, providing valid certification in good standing, maintaining insurance coverage as specified in the bid documents.
