Background
The City of Pensacola is seeking professional Architecture and Engineering (A&E) Consulting Firms to assist with the Fricker Resource Center Renovation Project. Work Details
The scope of work includes:

7. Demolition of the existing single-story social hall to construct a two-story multipurpose space that includes a senior center.
8. Renovation of existing facilities including roofing, restrooms, kitchen, and playgrounds to exceed ADA compliance.
9. Expansion of stormwater treatment facilities and parking capabilities on-site.
