Background
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is responsible for managing fish and wildlife resources for the long-term benefit of people. The Commission administers various programs including habitat conservation, fisheries management, and wildlife research. This solicitation is for the purchase of a 17' Pro-Drive boat with motor and trailer to be utilized by the Invasive Plant Management Section as a workboat. The intent is to obtain competitive pricing for this purchase following the withdrawal of a previous solicitation due to insufficient bids.

Work Details
The contract involves providing a 17' Pro-Drive boat, motor, and trailer that meet specific requirements:

1. The boat must be fully operational upon delivery and conform to all federal, state, and marine safety regulations.
2. It should be constructed from marine-grade aluminum alloy and meet industry standards.
3. The specifications include:
- Model: Pro-Drive SBX Series 'TD Edition' (Timber Deck), 17 x 48 with a 20” Long Shank transom.
- Features include non-skid flooring, heavy-duty gunnel with T-Rail System, LED navigation lights, rear driver's seat with storage, and various additional features such as a center console steering system and hydraulic steering kit.
4. The trailer must be manufactured by Diamond City with specifications including a single axle rated for 3500 pounds, LED lighting system, adjustable PVC pipe guides, and heavy-duty tie-downs.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for one year upon issuance of the Purchase Order.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) system and with SunBiz prior to bid opening. Certified Minority-owned, Woman-owned, and Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate in the bidding process.
