Miami-Dade County, hereinafter referred to as the County, as represented by the Miami-Dade Department of Public Housing and Community Development (PHCD), is soliciting Proposals from experienced developers with a proven track record of successfully completing profitable, residential and/or mixed-use developments for the development of the County-owned property known as 1175 NW South Rive Drive, Miami Florida, Folio No. 01-3135-031-0010 Development Site. Subject to the approval of the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners (the Board) and any other Governmental agencies that may be necessary, the County anticipates awarding a Development Agreement for the right and obligation to develop, operate, manage, and lease the subject property. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT: July 30, 2024 at 10:00 AM (local time) 111 NW 1st Street, 18th_ Floor, Conf. Rm. 18-4, Miami, Florida Form1-Revenue and Income Streams Proposal must be completed and returned with proposal packet.
