1175 Nw South River Drive Development Project

Background
Miami-Dade County, represented by the Miami-Dade Department of Public Housing and Community Development (PHCD), is soliciting proposals from experienced developers for the development of a County-owned property at 1175 NW South River Drive, Miami, Florida.
The goal is to award a Master Development Agreement for the right and obligation to design, build, finance, operate, and manage the project, subject to approval by the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners and other governmental agencies.

Work Details
The selected developer will be responsible for designing, building, financing, operating, and managing the project on approximately 0.975 acres of unimproved land.
Key requirements include:

The anticipated schedule includes a pre-proposal conference on July 30, 2024; proposals due by September 9, 2024; evaluation from September to October 2024; with a projected award date in March 2025.
