Background
The Summit Campus Middle & High School project is initiated by the Appoquinimink School District, aimed at constructing a new educational facility located on Summit Bridge Road in Middletown, Delaware.

The contract encompasses various construction services including but not limited to: concrete work, masonry, structural steel for both middle and high school sections, ornamental metals, custom millwork, carpentry, insulation, roofing, firestopping and smoke sealant applications, caulking, spray applied fireproofing, glazing and aluminum installations, framing and sheathing for both middle and high school exteriors.

Specific tasks include detailed plans for kitchen equipment installation, athletic equipment setup, casework assembly, elevator installations, fire suppression systems (sprinklers), plumbing works, mechanical HVAC systems including ductwork and balancing operations. The project also includes electrical work and special systems installations.

Period of Performance
The contract is set to commence upon award with an expected completion date aligned with the overall project timeline leading up to the opening of the school in 2026.
