Stockley Center 102 Waples Way-Roof Replacement

Background
The State of Delaware, Office of Management and Budget, Division of Facilities Management is seeking sealed bids for OMB/DFM Contract No. MC3511000068A – 102 Waples Way Roof Replacement – Stockley Center Campus. The project involves the removal of the existing modified built-up roof down to the concrete deck below and the installation of a new single-ply membrane roof assembly, tapered insulation, densglass sheathing, and replacement of roofing accessories.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held to establish the listing of subcontractors and answer questions. Attendance at this meeting is a prerequisite for bidding on this contract.

Work Details
The work involves the removal of the existing modified built-up roof down to the concrete deck below and the installation of a new single-ply membrane roof assembly, tapered insulation to match existing thickness, densglass sheathing on existing concrete deck, replacement of roofing accessories including roof drains, drip edge, curb/rail flashings, etc.
New overflow scuppers will also be installed along the perimeter of the roof.

The project will be performed at Stockley Center Campus located at 102 Waples Way and a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at Stockley Center Campus Maintenance Shop, 26351 Patriots Way, Georgetown, DE. 19947.
