Keynote Speaker and Youth and Adult Leadership Facilitator

Background
The State of Delaware Department of New Castle County Vo-Tech School District seeks professional services to provide a keynote speaker and leadership facilitator. This request for proposals (RFP) is issued pursuant to 29 Del. C. §§ 6981 and 6982, aiming to enhance the district's Unity Day and professional learning for equity coordinators.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a dynamic and experienced keynote speaker to lead the district-wide Unity Day event. Additionally, the contractor will design and facilitate a professional learning session specifically for district equity coordinators.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for one year with three optional extensions of one year each, starting from the date of award.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the New Castle County Vo-Tech School District in Delaware.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess the necessary Delaware licenses or certifications to perform the services outlined in the scope of work. Proof of State of Delaware Business Licensure must be provided prior to contract execution. Vendors must also furnish proof of insurance covering general liability and workers' compensation as specified in the RFP.
