Work Details
The selected vendor(s) will provide comprehensive investment advisory services for the University Endowment Fund, which has an estimated market value of approximately $39 million. The services include:
- Developing and implementing investment strategies aligned with the University's objectives.
- Providing ongoing portfolio management and performance reporting.
- Advising on asset allocation and risk management.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Offering insights into market trends and investment opportunities.
The vendor must also demonstrate experience managing endowment funds for institutions similar in size to DSU.
Period of Performance
The contract will be for a term of three (3) years, with an option for two (2) one-year extensions based on mutual agreement.

Services will be performed primarily at Delaware State University, located in Dover, Delaware.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess the necessary Delaware licenses or certifications to perform the required services. They should provide proof of Errors and Omissions insurance prior to the start of the contract period.
