Background
The State of Delaware is seeking vendors to provide Facilities Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies. This contract aims to support the state's facilities management by ensuring a reliable supply of essential maintenance products. The goal is to establish a comprehensive procurement solution that meets the needs of various state departments and agencies.

Work Details
Vendors are required to offer a range of products categorized under Facilities MRO and Supplies, including but not limited to:

- Abrasives: Sandpaper, sanding belts, sandblasting sand.
- Adhesives: Glue, spray adhesives, construction adhesives, various tapes.
- Air Handling: Fans, air filters, heaters, dehumidifiers.
- Electrical Supply: Light bulbs, lighting fixtures, switches, electrical boxes, wire, ballasts.
- Fasteners: Bolts, screws, nails, nuts, washers.
- General Hardware: Rope, chain, brackets, tarps.
- Hand Tools: Screwdrivers, hammers, saws.
- Landscaping: Insecticides and bagged plants/mulch/soil.
- Material Handling: Ladders and scaffolding equipment.
- Other Building Materials: Spackling compound and cement.
- Other Building Supplies: Doors and accessories; cabinets.
- Paint: Interior/exterior paint and related supplies.
- Plumbing: Pumps, faucets, toilets and related items.
- Power Tools: Drills, saws and other general-purpose tools.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period starting from the award date until the end of the contract term as defined in the solicitation documents.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various locations across the State of Delaware as specified in individual orders.
