The State of Delaware, through the Department of Labor, Division of Industrial Affairs, is issuing a solicitation for the construction of the Early Childhood Innovation Center (ECIC) at Delaware State University.

- Terrazzo/Marble/Tile Finishers and Strippers
- Truck Drivers. Each classification has specific prevailing wage rates effective March 15, 2023. Detailed architectural plans are required for bidding purposes and can be procured as outlined in the solicitation.
