DTCC Owens Campus Student Services Center Refresh

Background
The Delaware Technical and Community College (DTCC) is issuing a solicitation for the renovation of the Owens Campus Student Services Center (SSC).
The goal of this contract is to enhance the facilities to better serve students and improve the overall functionality of the space.

Work Details
The project involves the renovation of the College Student Services Center located in Georgetown, DE.
The scope includes, but is not limited to: new finishes, ceilings, new partitions, millwork, mechanical and electrical work, and limited reconfiguration of space.
Detailed architectural plans are required for bidding purposes and must be procured through the outlined process in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence following the bid award and will be performed until completion as specified in the construction documents.

The renovation work will take place at Delaware Tech Owens Campus, 21179 College Avenue, Georgetown, DE 19947.
