Background
The State of Delaware, through Delaware Technical and Community College (Del Tech), is seeking proposals for athletic apparel and equipment.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify vendors to supply these items to support Del Tech's established collegiate athletic program, which competes in various sports within Region XIX of the NJCAA.
Work Details
Vendors are required to provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to fulfill Del Tech's needs for athletic apparel and equipment.
This includes but is not limited to: fitness equipment, informal recreation equipment, competitive sports equipment, facility management equipment, athletic uniforms and apparel, and any other items offered by the vendor.
The contract may be awarded to multiple vendors based on product type or team/sport.
Period of Performance
The contract will be valid for three years from December 15, 2025, through December 15, 2028.
It may be renewed for three additional one-year periods upon negotiation between the vendor and Delaware Tech.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Delaware Technical and Community College located at 100 Campus Drive, Building 1000, Dover, DE 19904.
Bidder Requirements
Vendors must possess a State of Delaware Business License and meet minimum insurance criteria as specified by the State.
Subcontracting is permitted but must be disclosed in the proposal.
Vendors are also required to provide business references from previous customers with similar work experience.
