Customs House Renovation and Addition Bid Pack 2.1

Background
The project involves the renovation and addition to the Custom House. The project documents are available to qualified vendors through a process that requires acknowledgment of receipt and will not be displayed on the website. A determination has been made that the publication of these specific plans could compromise public safety and are not available pursuant to Delaware Code Title 29, 10002 (o)(17)(a).

Work Details
The project involves Contract 2.1-01 Sitework and Contract 2.1-02 Ground Improvement. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for the purpose of establishing the listing of subcontractors and to answer questions.
Representatives of each party to any Joint Venture must attend this meeting.
ATTENDANCE OF THIS MEETING IS A PREREQUISITE FOR BIDDING ON THIS CONTRACT.

Period of Performance
Sealed bids for OMB/DFM Contract No. MJ0217000003-BP2.1 will be received until Wednesday June 12, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Conference Room.

Place of Performance
The project is located at 516 N. King St, Wilmington, DE 19801.
