Bethany Beach Training Site Building 151 Renovations

Background
The Delaware Army National Guard is issuing a contract for renovations at the Bethany Beach Training Site, specifically for Building 151. The goal of this contract is to modernize and improve the facilities to better serve the needs of the National Guard.

Work Details
The work under this contract includes:
- Demolishing the existing toilet/shower room
- Demolishing storage spaces
- Demolishing elevated platform
- Demolishing overhead doors
- Removing finishes throughout the building

Additionally, three new toilet rooms will be constructed along with a new platform and new finishes throughout the facility.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence after the bid opening on April 2, 2025, with specific timelines to be determined during the execution phase.

The renovations will take place at Bethany Beach Training Site, Building 151, located in Bethany Beach, Delaware.
