New Castle County is seeking competitive sealed bids and priced proposals for Sewer Line Chemical Root Control Maintenance Services. The goal of this contract is to maintain the sanitary sewer system by removing tree and shrubbery roots that can obstruct flow and cause damage. Period of Performance
The contract period will be from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 with the option to extend annually for a period of up to three (3) years, one year at a time, by mutual agreement.
Place of Performance
Work will be performed throughout New Castle County, Delaware as the need arises.
