3. The vendor is not required to host the licenses; they will be hosted by LoadSpring Inc.
4. License keys must be installed successfully on LoadSpring cloud upon Notice of Award/Notice to Proceed (NOA/NTP).
Period of Performance
The period of performance is one year from the Notice to Award/Notice to Proceed (NOA/NTP), with options for two additional years of maintenance support.
Place of Performance
The software licenses will be installed and hosted on LoadSpring Inc.'s servers located in the United States.
