Friendship Public Charter School (FPCS) is seeking proposals for Advanced Teacher Education and Professional Learning Services to enhance the skills of experienced, high-performing educators within its network. 3. Facilitation and Delivery: Provide high-quality learning experiences through in-person workshops, embedded field modules, cohort-based communities, or virtual seminars.
4. Application and Practice: Ensure opportunities for participants to apply learning in their classrooms with reflective protocols and collaborative inquiry.
5. Resources and Materials: Supply curriculum materials and tools for ongoing use beyond the engagement.
6. Evaluation: Establish metrics for evaluating program impact on instructional practice and teacher leadership development.
Period of Performance
The project timeline includes a program design phase in Spring/Summer 2026, implementation starting August 2026, with mid-year progress reports due in December 2026 and March 2027. The project will culminate in a final evaluation report by June 2027.
