Description

Conversion of two existing adjacent regular classrooms to one computer lab with office, workroom, and storage room. Conversion of former computer lab suite to new innovation and entrepreneurship center. The center will include a gathering space, maker space, classroom, director's office, conference room, and two storage rooms. The work will include selective demolition, steel stud and gypsum board partitions, hollow metal frames, flush wood doors, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient tile flooring, tile carpeting, painting, room identification signs, casework, countertops, electrical work, lighting, plumbing, and modifications to existing HVAC and fire protection systems.
Background
The Werth Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship project involves the conversion of two existing adjacent regular classrooms into one computer lab with office, workroom, and storage room.
