Description

The project is anticipated to take place from May 2025 through August 2025. Total estimated value of the project is approximately $6 million. Phase 1 will include the mechanical equipment scope only at this time, inclusive of labor for rigging and installation. An additional Phase 2 for all other construction to follow at a later date. Background
The University of Connecticut (UConn) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQA) for the Werth Residence Hall High Humidity Mitigation – Phase 1 project.
