The Town of Seymour invites sealed bids for the construction of PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENT PLAN until 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 20, 2025. At that time bids will be opened in public and read aloud. The documents comprising the Invitation for Bid can be found on the Town's website, https://www.seymourct.org. The Town of Seymour reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Invitation for Bid, accept all or any part of a bid, reject all bids, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a bid, and award the contract to the lowest bid that meets the criteria set forth in the Invitation for Bid and is in the best interests of the Town. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. The Town of Seymour is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer; Minority/Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond.
