Work Details
The selected firm will provide comprehensive support across the following areas:
1. Technology Planning Governance Support: Establish governance framework, manage meetings and initiatives, develop tools and reports, and execute a leadership development plan.
2. Discovery for Major Enterprise System Support: Evaluate potential systems (e.g., CIS, FIS, MDM), define vision and requirements, plan vendor engagement, facilitate meetings, document findings, assist with RFP processes, and develop phased implementation plans.
3. Technology Roadmap Support: Align recommendations with strategic initiatives, prioritize projects based on value and feasibility, and create detailed implementation planning documents.
Period of Performance
The contract will be performed until October 2, 2025.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed in Norwich, CT.
Bidder Requirements
Vendors must certify they are not on a state or federal debarment list and comply with insurance requirements including general liability, workers' compensation, commercial automobile liability, professional liability, and pollution liability. A valid Certificate of Insurance must be issued within ten business days after contract award.
