Description

Global Spectrum, L.P. is seeking proposals on behalf of the State of Connecticut from firms interested in providing Technical Event Production Services for Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field in East Hartford, Connecticut. Such services shall include the contract to plan, manage, staff, and operate video and audio production needs of live events. Eligible respondents will be those entities that have a demonstrated successful track record in planning, managing, staffing, and operating live Technical Event Production services in facilities of comparable size and scope.
Background
Global Spectrum, L.P. is seeking proposals on behalf of the State of Connecticut for Technical Event Production Services at Pratt & Whitney Stadium located in Rentschler Field, East Hartford, Connecticut.
The goal of this contract is to ensure effective planning, management, staffing, and operation of video and audio production needs for live events. Eligible respondents must demonstrate a successful track record in similar services within comparable facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for planning, managing, staffing, and operating all video and audio production needs for live events at Pratt & Whitney Stadium.
