Background
The Brookfield School District (the District) is seeking sealed bids for the supply and installation of HALO 3C Smart Sensors at Brookfield High School (BHS), located at 45 Long Meadow Hill Road, Brookfield, CT.
The school encompasses approximately 200,000 square feet and has up to three levels in parts. The goal of this contract is to enhance safety and security within the school environment through the installation of advanced sensor technology. The contract award is contingent upon the availability of funds.
Work Details
The contractor will supply and install a minimum of eight (8) HALO 3C Smart Sensors, with the potential to install up to thirty (30) sensors depending on funding availability.
Bidders are required to provide quotes for both up-front set-up costs and ongoing recurring costs for configurations of eight (8), sixteen (16), twenty-four (24), and thirty (30) units. The HALO 3C units will be integrated with Avigilon Unity Video and Motorola Solutions’ AI-powered Video Management Software (VMS).
Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence on March 24, 2026, and conclude by April 10, 2026.
