Background
The Southeastern Connecticut Council of Governments (SECOG) is seeking proposals from qualified transit planners or transit planning firms to support the analysis of the Southeast Area Transit District (SEAT) local transit service in New London, Connecticut.
The goal of this contract is to assist SECOG in performing a study of existing service routes and Smart Ride microtransit service in New London, as well as to estimate revenue and costs to enable the SEAT board to implement fare or service changes.
