Description

The Town of Fairfield (Town) on behalf of its Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals from experienced Contractors ( Concessionaire ) for the complete operation of the seasonal food and beverage concession located at Penfield Pavilion, 323 Fairfield Beach Road, Fairfield, Connecticut. The purpose of the concession is to provide food and beverage services enhancing the enjoyment of the beach area by the general public, and as the Town deems necessary. The operation of the concession shall conform to the rules and regulations of the Town. The Concessionaire shall be expected to comply with such rules and regulations, including all applicable State and Federal Statutes.
Background
The Town of Fairfield, through its Parks and Recreation Department, is seeking proposals from experienced Contractors (referred to as 'Concessionaire') for the complete operation of a seasonal food and beverage concession at Penfield Pavilion, located at 323 Fairfield Beach Road, Fairfield, Connecticut.

The goal of this concession is to enhance the enjoyment of the beach area for the general public while adhering to all applicable rules and regulations set forth by the Town, as well as State and Federal statutes.

Work Details
The Concessionaire will be responsible for the complete operation of the seasonal food and beverage concession. This includes providing food and beverage services that meet the needs of beachgoers and comply with all relevant regulations.

The operation must align with the standards established by the Town of Fairfield.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on April 04, 2025, and conclude on April 24, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Penfield Pavilion, located at 323 Fairfield Beach Road, Fairfield, Connecticut.
