Sand, Topsoil, Broken Stone, Crushed Gravel, Screened Gravel & other Aggregates

Background
The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is issuing this Solicitation for sand, gravel, topsoil, and other aggregates pursuant to its authority under CGS 4a-2, 4a-52, and 4d-2.

This contract replaces the previous contract award(s) in part or in total 20PSX0115.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide any combination of the materials specified in Exhibit B - Price Schedule and as detailed in the Contract.

Materials for pick up or delivery include: topsoil, broken stone, crushed gravel, screened gravel, processed aggregate, riprap, double washed stone, sand, and asphaltic plug joint aggregate. Delivery terms are Free On Board Destination.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from March 1, 2025 to March 26, 2025.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance is not explicitly stated but is implied to be within the State of Connecticut for all using State Agencies and Political Subdivisions.
