Background
The Town of New Milford is offering for sale various vehicles and equipment that have been utilized for the operation of Town business. The items are being sold 'AS IS' and 'WHERE IS', with no warranties provided. Bidders are encouraged to conduct their due diligence before submitting offers through municibid.com.

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any bids in part or in whole.

Period of Performance
Bids must be submitted by May 21, 2026. All items purchased must be removed within ten (10) working days of the notification date of the award.

Place of Performance
The sale is conducted online through municibid.com; however, inspections can be scheduled at the Town of New Milford's Public Works Department located at 10 Main Street, New Milford, CT.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit all questions in writing through municibid.com by May 18, 2026. Payment must be made by certified check or money order within ten (10) working days of the award date.
