Background
The Town of Portland, Connecticut, is seeking proposals for the 3 Acre Riverfront Redevelopment project. The goal is to enter into a sale, lease, or public-private partnership for the design, construction, management, and operation of a versatile hospitality or recreational facility on a three-acre parcel located at 248 Brownstone Avenue.

Work Details
The selected development team will be responsible for:
