Background
The Housing Authority of the City of Stamford, doing business as Charter Oak Communities (COC), is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to assist in the coordination and implementation of Resident Services, Family Self-Sufficiency, and Relocation Services.
The goal of this contract is to support families, seniors, and individuals, including those with special needs, residing in various housing properties owned or managed by COC.
Work Details
