Description

Goodwin University, Inc. ( Goodwin ), on behalf of Goodwin University Magnet Schools, Inc. (GUMSS) and Goodwin University Educational Services, Inc. (GUES) is soliciting proposals & qualifications from qualified firms to provide Commissioning Agent Services (CxA) as outlined in this RFP for the construction of a new building for use as a Magnet Technical High School, approximately 90,000 square feet, 4 -story building on the Goodwin Campus in East Hartford for up to 288 students. The Commissioning Agent will work closely and coordinate this project with the Owner's Project Manager (Downes Construction), Architect (TSKP Studio) and Construction Manager (FIP Construction).

Goodwin University, Inc. is soliciting proposals and qualifications from qualified firms to provide Commissioning Agent Services (CxA) for the construction of a new building for use as a Magnet Technical High School. The building will be approximately 90,000 square feet, 4-story, and located on the Goodwin Campus in East Hartford for up to 288 students.
The Commissioning Agent will work closely and coordinate the project with the Owner’s Project Manager, Architect, and Construction Manager.
