A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on April 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM at 40 Henry Street, Windsor, CT. Bidders must submit a satisfactory Bid Bond or Certified Check equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid along with their proposals. Additionally, a 100% Performance, Labor and Material Bond is required.

Period of Performance
The contract work is scheduled to commence on April 14, 2025, and conclude by May 08, 2025.
