The City of Waterbury (hereinafter City ), is offering for sale and redevelopment the former located at 24-30 Bank Street, Waterbury Connecticut 06702. The property' located at 24-30 Bank St in Waterbury, CT, is a large U-shaped multi-tenant office/retail building with combined total ~23,000 sq ft. See Attachment F General Property Information.
