City of Torrington CT WPCA (hereinafter referred to as City), through Office of City's Purchasing Agent, will accept sealed bids for two (2) pump station generator replacements in accordance with specifications & requirements contained in bid Questions due: 5/22/2024, 4:00PM Bids due: 6/5/2024, 11:00AM City of Torrington reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive technicalities and award contract to a bidder other than lowest bid that in the city's judgement will best serve the public interest AN AFFIRMATIVE ACTION/EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER MBEs WBEs SBEs ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
Background
The City of Torrington CT WPCA, through the Office of City’s Purchasing Agent, is seeking sealed bids for two (2) pump station generator replacements in accordance with the specifications and requirements contained in the bid. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and award the contract to a bidder other than the lowest bid that, in the city’s judgment, will best serve the public interest.
The City encourages MBEs, WBEs, and SBEs to apply.
