UConn Health (UCH) will be renovating approximately 5,000 sf of 3rd floor space in the Outpatient Pavilion in Farmington, CT. The space is spread throughout the 3rd floor and located immediately within occupied functioning clinic spaces. Areas will receive various levels of renovation to create new exam rooms, bathrooms and supporting spaces. Applicants must be pre-qualified by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), for the Classification of GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP C) to participate in this Prequalification Application. *Please not that this Prequalification: UCHC4-188498707 supersedes Bid UCHC4-179705376 that has been canceled. Submission of a new application is required in order to be eligible to be considered for this opportunity.*
