Pratt & Whitney Stadium - HVAC and Plumbing Service and Maintenance

Background
Global Spectrum, L.P. is seeking proposals on behalf of the Capital Region Development Authority to provide HVAC Service and Maintenance and Plumbing Service and Maintenance for Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field in East Hartford.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of HVAC and plumbing systems at the stadium.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive HVAC service and maintenance, which includes regular inspections, repairs, and emergency services as needed.

Additionally, plumbing service and maintenance will cover tasks such as leak repairs, fixture installations, and routine maintenance checks. Specific details regarding the frequency of services or particular systems to be maintained may be outlined in the full RFP document.
