OEM and NON-OEM Radios, Radio Parts, Accessories, and Related Parts and Service

Background
The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is issuing this Solicitation under its authority to procure OEM and Non-OEM radios, radio parts, accessories, and related services.

This contract aims to replace the previous contract award 19PSX0088 and is intended for a multi-vendor award to ensure a variety of options for the state’s needs.

Work Details
The contractor will serve as an authorized reseller, distributor, dealer, manufacturer, or value-added reseller of OEM original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and Non-OEM radios, parts, and related accessories.

The products and services to be provided include but are not limited to: radios, radio parts, accessories, and related services necessary for the operation and maintenance of communication systems. The contractor must ensure that all products meet specified quality standards and provide documentation on specifications and quality levels.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on September 2, 2024, at 7:00 AM EDT and conclude on September 19, 2024, at 2:00 PM EDT.

Place of Performance
The performance will take place in Connecticut as specified by the State of Connecticut DAS Procurement.
