New Milford Renovation and Expansion

Background
Family & Children's Aid is seeking qualified professionals to provide renovations to their New Milford site, located at 325 Danbury Rd, New Milford, CT 06776. The agency's mission is to support families and children in need. This renovation project aims to enhance their facilities to better serve the community.

Work Details
The renovations will include the following:
- Reconfiguration of office space to create 6 new clinical offices;
- Construction of 2 ADA-compliant bathrooms;
- Acquisition and installation of 2 air conditioning units;
- Expansion of the facility entrance;
- Construction of an elevator tower and enclosure.

A mandatory pre-bid walk-through will take place on June 10, 2025, at the project site, where a bid package will be provided.

Period of Performance
The contract work is scheduled to start on June 02, 2025, and must be completed by July 11, 2025.
