Description

The City of Waterbury, on behalf of Lazarus Project, LLC is seeking qualified construction contractors to carry out the new construction of a mixed-use building on .12 acres, including commercial space as well as twenty (22) single resident occupancy (SRO} housing units comprised of four (4) very low-income housing units and sixteen (18) low-income housing units, to be located at 693 East Main Street, Waterbury, Connecticut.
