Miami Beach Association Sewer and Association Improvements Project

Background
The Miami Beach Association Sewer and Association Improvements Project is initiated by the Old Colony Beach Club Association.
The project aims to enhance the sewer infrastructure and associated services in the Miami Beach area, ensuring improved drainage and road conditions.

Work Details
The project includes the following construction tasks:
1) 19,500 linear feet of gravity sewer mains and lateral services;
2) 350 linear feet of horizontal directional drilling;
3) 6,705 linear feet of storm drainage installation;
4) Restoration of unpaved areas to existing conditions or better;
5) Temporary trench repair;
6) Reconstruction of Association roads.
Additionally, there are four bid alternates:
a) Helical piles and support system;
b) Permanent trench repair;
c) Mill and overlay;
d) Cold reclaimed subbase & 4-inch HMA pavement.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 09, 2025, to August 12, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted in the Miami Beach area as specified by the Old Colony Beach Club Association.
