LP WILSON CC PHASE-2B (Interior, HVAC, & Abatement)

Background
The Town of Windsor is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the LP Wilson Community Center HVAC Renovations Phase-2B project. The goal of this contract is to renovate the HVAC systems within the community center located at 599-601 Matianuck Avenue, Windsor, CT 06095, enhancing the facility's functionality and comfort for its users.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the interior renovations, HVAC system upgrades, and abatement work as part of the Phase-2B project. Specific tasks include:
- Upgrading existing HVAC systems to improve efficiency and performance.
- Conducting necessary abatement work to remove hazardous materials safely.
- Completing all interior renovations associated with the HVAC upgrades.

The contractor must adhere to all local building codes and regulations throughout the renovation process.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on April 08, 2025, and is expected to conclude by May 02, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the LP Wilson Community Center located at 599-601 Matianuck Avenue, Windsor, CT 06095.
