Library Renovations at Three Rivers

Background
The contract involves the renovation of the First and Second Floor Three Rivers Community College Library. The work includes alterations such as conversion of existing rooms to administrative offices and study rooms, replacement of circulation desk, carpeting, painting of partitions, and MEP work related to the alterations.

Work Details
The work of this contract includes, but is not limited to the following:
Alterations to the First and Second Floor Three Rivers Community College Library including:
a. Conversion of the existing First Floor Events Room to administrative offices, including metal stud partitions, doors and interior finishes.
b. Conversion of the existing Library Director and adjacent office to study rooms.
c. Replacement of the existing First Floor Circulation desk.
d. Replacement of existing carpeting and painting of partitions throughout the entire Library.
e. MEP work related to the above alterations including alterations to existing sprinkler, HVAC, and electrical lighting and power, telecommunications-data and fire alarm systems.
