Background
UConn Health is seeking proposals from qualified organizations with extensive integration and management expertise to provide comprehensive support following the acquisition of hospitals and affiliated facilities. The goal is to ensure seamless integration and management of operations, clinical services, and organizational culture across the expanded healthcare system. Additionally, initiatives necessary to achieve business plans and financial goals will be implemented.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive support in the areas of integration and management following the acquisition of hospitals and affiliated facilities. This includes ensuring operational efficiency, enhancing clinical services, and fostering a cohesive organizational culture throughout the expanded healthcare system. The contractor is expected to implement initiatives that align with UConn Health's business plans and financial objectives.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from September 23, 2025, to October 06, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at UConn Health Center located at 16 Munson Road, Farmington, CT, 06030, United States.

Bidder Requirements
Firms must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in integration and management. Interested bidders must notify Margaret Roy by email of their intent to participate by September 29, 2025. Participating firms will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving confidential hospital information.
